Alden Apartments

I live there for 8 years no one my water line broke Saturday Evening 😢 water coming in the bath  😢 I Had to stay up all nite water pouring in the Apartment until Monday morning they open 😀 👍 at 7AM.,they don't have no Emergency Number 😀 to 😭 call 📞 📲 for help ,It pass a year now I got Mildew in the Apartment they water the walls with Bleach

I live here from 2015- present time...when we was greeted by Noel he was...respectful...Now can't talk to him..he only answers "I DON'T KNOW" that's not professional...I asked him in the rent office on 5/7/2024 when will the repairs to be complete...Manger Noel says...I don't know....why..now it's been 10 days to just paint the walls under to windows...5/17/2024 just left the rent off NO ONES THERE..but the office door was open...what do I have do to get my walls under the windows painted? Will Ms. Precious got it done. She should take Noel's management position...she make a call & got it DONE..Thank you Precious...5/20/24

Seems nasty n kinda bias won't give you application either stank attitudes

They don't never answer there phone or have applications

The manager Noel is the worst manager he’ll only listen to complaints only if your a woman he evicts people without cause or incident I will never live at any property he is managing he not professional at all and is a discrace to his job and title

It's not bad but it's hard to get in.

For the price the units they are very reasonable and overall I always enjoyed my stay. Staff is very friendly and you get your issued handled in a reasonable time.
