I was an owner at Sunrise at Sunset condos 7510 SW 152 Ave, Miami FL 33293. I rent the place out from 2013 to 2020. Great clean place to live. The management company are very pleasant and efficient. Safe place and near Walmart and Publix. The association members are also very nice. I recommend this place for purchasing or rental.
