It is large, spacious, quiet, one block from the beach, 3 blocks from Publix, everything nearby. It has a swimming pool, park area.

Horrible Experience - Cockroach Infestation!! I stayed in apartment #302 for 10 days and I wish I never leased this place. On the first night, I saw a cockroach crawling on the kitchen floor. I thought it might be a one-time issue, but by the second night, I found more in the bathroom and near the bed and the couch. I found cockroaches in my food and even crawling on the walls at night. Pretty soon I realized this is an infestation. It was absolutely horrifying.
Apparently, the landlord intentionally omitted the mandatory pest control treatments just because the apartment was vacant.
I had to break the lease and move out only after 10 days. I have lost a substantial amount of money, not to mention the constant mental stress I've been going through during those days.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

New Administration, available and competent. Clean building, some improvements in progress, large clean and heated pool. The complex has security service from 5pm. For now the highest possible evaluation.

worst HOA ever. since the end of December they have not been able to fix the front door to the building. in 2023, they spent a lot for schlafbaums, which have no  practical purpose because they are located in the territory, and after a month they stopped using them. To get a new key, I visited the office 5 times and took days off for it. And you can't even complain because their team changes every couple months. and even by the phone it is very difficult to reach them.

Bedbug. I don’t recommend buying an apartment here if you value your nervous system. In the administration, only 1 or 2 employees speak English more or less tolerably. And literally no one wants to do their job. The windows outside are dirty, they don't hire industrial climbers to clean; They promised to renovate the gym, and have been feeding them promises for over a year now. Getting through to them or getting an answer to their email is something out of science fiction. You will have to resolve any issues only by physically coming to the office.
