Bel Aire Apartments

My family and I have lived at 10501 SW 216 Street for 14 years. And for the most part have had a great experience while living here.  But, the main cause of it being a great place to live is the management of the property is the manager himself Mr. Sergio Diaz who is very dedicated to the property and is always on top of all aspects of the property.

I recently moved in here and I'm very happy. After apartment hunting for over a month I found Bel Aire Apts. Affordable and conveniently closed to the Turnpike making my commute to work less stressful. The property manager and the maintenance tech were great, helpful and making sure all me needs were satisfy. I love my apartment and the community

This place is trash my friend has been living here for over a year with termites with no resolution. Droppings falling on the kitchen counter and stove. Worms and wings falling on food and kitchen area, living area. They bring in a guy that sprays and does a "treatment" that is ineffective and useless. The property is not taken care of, fences falling apart, garage overflows in the can. The property manager Sergio is either blind or just doesn't give a damn about other people and their living situation. He gets his paycheck and lives a peaceful life in his bug free home. The problem starts there.

SERGIO DIAZ (Property manager) will lie and con his wayyy through life. Lies about mold. Lies about roaches, rats lies about everything. From the tub leaking for 6 months he claim to fix it and didn’t fix it the mold is bad like so bad my son has had asthma attacks behind the refrigerator was disgusting before I even moved in ceilings dirty MY DAD KILLED A TOTAL OF 8 RATS MY FIRST YEAR LIVING THERE I loved the community but the cost of rent isn’t worth it because of all the issues as well as the apartment property manager as well as fees for things you don’t even be knowing about you’ll be charged for BEL AIR NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN IMMEDIATELY ‼️

I have been living here for almost 5 months, the attention since before I moved (when they prepared the apartment and I prepared all the documentation for the application) was very good, very easy-going, humane people. Today and since I moved in, as soon as any minimal problem is reported, they immediately try to resolve it and give it a solution immediately. I am very grateful to the Maintenance guys and the office manager.

I don’t even live here but I feel sorry for my friends who live here. The laundry doesn’t even have AC. So you’re paying over $1,000 a month and paying extra for laundry like the least they could do is put AC so someone doesn’t die of a heat stroke. I took a shower before doing laundry here and it was pointless because I’m soaked now

SERGIO DIAZ (Property manager) will lie and con his wayyy through life. Lies about mold. Lies about roaches, lies about everything. Don’t care about infants health. The health inspectors should close this place. They sell owners every year so that you won’t be able to sue or hold anyone accountable. BEL AIRE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED
