Steven conducted my tour and was the ultimate professional. He had very strong knowledge of the property, amenities, and the area. I’ve been to many buildings where the leasing agent wasn’t prepared or informative, but Steven was the complete opposite. He helped set the property apart and made the experience so much more pleasurable. I thoroughly appreciated the tour!

Edit: The building management has been doing a great work solving the building issues, this has been a great improvement. Its a great building to enjoy its fantastic amenities, the building its always clean except for the dog park, but it has more to do with the dog owners than the cleaning team at the building.

Unfortunately, the wider power outage affecting several sites, both times, affected water service and phones were not functional. Our team was readily available at Bezel for extended hours servicing our residents. We also apologize if you did not receive any of our communications updating the community with the information at hand. Live in Bezel for 1,5 years , like this building for a good events they provide for residents and their guests. amenities are cool and modern , managers are nice.

Would like to leave a review for one of the excellent doorwomen we have here at Bezel- Luisa. She's a kind and attentive employee at Bezel, also always greeting me, friends and family with a bright smile. Assists with obtaining my packages and with any issues I've had be it in my apartment or on the common floor. These five stars are for you Luisa!

Wonderful service at the front desk. Luisa is incredibly attentive and helpful, and always greets everyone with a warm smile. Anytime I have an issue she works with me to solve it and does it with kindness!

The fondest one is of how I've been welcomed and taken care of, in specifically I'd like to give a warm and loving thank-you to Ms Louisa at the front desk.
