I can’t say enough great things about the concierge team at Bezel Miami! From the moment I moved in, they have consistently provided top-tier service—always professional, welcoming, and ready to go above and beyond to assist residents and guests. Having lived in multiple buildings, I can confidently say that Bezel has set the gold standard. The way they treat both residents and guests with such kindness and professionalism truly makes a difference. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely cares, and they do just that. Every interaction has been a pleasure, and they’ve made my experience living here exceptional.

Luisa, the weekday daytime concierge, is by far the best thing about Bezel Miami and the reason for the 5 star review. She genuinely cares about the residents, and is always pleasant and willing to be a helpful problem-solver. I also trust that when anything is delivered during her shift, it will end up in the right place and I won't have to hunt for it. When I leave Bezel, I will miss Luisa the most!

Great building/amenities/location. But the true GEM of the Bezel lifestyle is concierge Luisa. She goes above and beyond to greet us, assist/facilitate with packages and deliveries and guests, she is a quick problem solver, and the level of professionalism/attentiveness is like living at a 5-star hotel. This level and caliber of professionalism is very rare (if not extinct) in Miami, and we feel very fortunate to have her and her support on a day to day basis. Thank You Luisa for making us feel at home and like kings/queens!

Good location and amenities. Can be little noisy at night but not too bad. We enjoyed nearby transport interchange, walkable and safe streets.
I think this is the best location (downtown Miami) to stay in the city because everything (South Beach, Little Havana, Hollywood, etc) is conveniently close and reachable.

This review is strictly for Luisa- the concierge at Bezel who goes above and beyond to make every resident feel like this large place is their home. Luisa is simply the best I've ever encountered and I lived in many buildings in the downtown area since 2006. She makes it a point to smile and ask about your day and tries to do anything she can to help you with whatever you need. Luisa, you're simply the best and all of us who live at Bezel are blessed to have you!
