Blu Aventura Apartments

Located near the growing city of Aventura, Florida, GCI Residential's Blu Aventura will be an upscale mixed-use development to include midrise apartments with ground floor retail. Jointly developed by GCI Residential of Beachwood, Ohio, and Lumer Real Estate of Sunny Isles, Florida, Blu Aventura broke ground in 2022. The project will consist of two phases, West and East, and will appeal to the broad renter base in this dynamic area of South Florida. West will be the first to commence construction with an anticipated opening in early 2024.
