Brickell First Apartments

The word community gets thrown around a lot but Brickell 1st really is like a small community. The building and the amenities are wonderful, the location is great, and the staff are always helpful and friendly(Special mention to the concierges Lily and Yan Carlos). I've made so many great friends here. Can’t find a better place in Brickell!

By far the best apartment community in Miami. Perfect location right across from Publix, steps away from the Metro Rail and People Mover, and there's even a dog park right across the street! Management staff is the best, Sharon gave me and my husband a tour and she was wonderful. Everyone working in the building is professional and really makes you feel like you're at home. Special mention to the concierge Yan, too helpful and attentive.

I had an outstanding experience with the staff at Brickell 1st. Their assistance was not only incredibly helpful but also marked by courtesy and a warm welcome. I want to give a special shoutout to Sharon, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the entire process of securing our apartment and making the move-in seamless. Her amazing support made the entire experience a delight. I also wanna recognize the concierge Yan Carlos, he was so polite and kind with us. I highly recommend Brickell 1st and particulary for their exceptional service.

Brickell First is a great place to live. Here's why:
The staff is extremely polite (every one of them goes out of their way to accommodate you-which is a rare trait in Miami!)
The place is very clean.
The view (at least mine) is gorgeous, especially the sunsets!
It has a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, 24 hr weight room, a community room with FREE coffee, sodas and tea every day and it has a TV, pool table, great music, bar and more!
The pool is big, clean and there are plenty of chairs and periodically, management throws free parties/events.
There is a dog park across the street.
The free metromover is just yards away and next to it is the metrorail.
The Underline (a bike/walking path from Brickell to Homestead) is right next to the building.
Everything is nearby and within walking distance, like restaurants, clubs, etc.
There is a grocery store right across the street and a
24 hr gas station and drug store is one block away.
Bike rentals are in front of the building.
They have 24 hr security, concierge, and valet parking.
There is covered parking for residents and guests (very important because of the rain).
There is a free trolley in front of the building which travels all over Miami from 6 AM to 11 PM.
There is a washer and dryer in my unit.
They have free pest control and they change the A/C filter every month too.
Pets are allowed.
The manager Sharon, is super cool, polite,  and professional.
Rent price is fair.
Most people that live here are polite and nice (again, rare for Miami).
I definitely recommend this place to live!

The building is strategically located, all spaces are always very clean, the guys in charge of the valet parking are distinguished by their speed of service, cordial and respectful treatment and finally I have to highlight their kindness, attention and ability to resolve any situation, of its concierges Lily and Yan Carlos, they are unbeatable!!

Brickell First was nothing but a great experience. My husband and I stayed for 2 months (through Blueground) and would recommend this place to anyone. The front desk staff and valet were so kind and friendly. The manager is the sweetest lady and always made sure we got everything we needed from moving in, parking, receiving packages, and making us feel welcomed. The apartment itself is located in an amazing area - a Publix right across the street and right by Brickell Centre. The amenities are wonderful as well and very clean and well maintained.
