I don’t have a review of the place I just wanted to give a good review to an employee called Marisol who helped me a lot on the entrance. God bless her, I hope she gets a raise

This place is a dump. It's old and falling apart. Most of the condominiums have water and mold problems. There is no reserves to fix anything. Stay away from this place.

Can’t even begin to start with how horrible this place is to live. Horrible management and staff. The maintenance guys are super lazy and never get anything done. Work takes forever to complete. Elevators are never properly working. Roaches and ants are everywhere. Luis the “property manager” is a rude, inconsiderate human being that thinks he owns the place but actually does nothing. Don’t waste your time living here!!!

It's a nice little apartment complex located at the end of Brickell next to the Key Biscayne & Coconut Groove entrance, we'll kept good security apartments are comfortable two floor plan units but the parking It's extremely tight, entrance and exit also very narrow with no space for 2 vehicles.
