Hello, thank you for your feedback, but rental prices are not a Brookfield Square issue. Each landlord (owner) rents their unit at the price of their choice.

The WORST PLACE TO LIVE, VISIT, TOUR, etc JUST THE ABSOLUTE WORST! The management is just deplorable! Nothing gets fixed. And the roaches don’t care if u home or not they are out at all times of the day!!! Please no matter the Price of rent here DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Run fast!!!!
