Camden Aventura Apartments

Community is in a wonderful location ! Definitely considering it as our new home.We toured the place with Ms Laura,she was very helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly…patience with us(we had about one thousand questions:))

Laura is great, made moving in easy as possible, gave us a great breakdown. Had minor issues and she jumped on to fix them as soon as possible!

Had a great experience and walk through with Laura. She’s very nice and helpful. Always make sure anything we need is done. She explains in great detail and is very specific with questions. The place is beautiful, and unique. I highly recommend Laura to help you move into your next apartment.

Great location

This was by far one of the smoothest renting experience I’ve had. The service was amazing! Laura the representative who handled all our process was absolutely awesome. She was so prompt and professional, all our questions and concerns were addressed. No doubt one of the factors that gave us the confidence in the Camden community. Everything was sooooo easy to do and fast! I really don’t have much to complain about the process at all. Convenience was the most important factors for us. This location is so perfect, just about everything is a 5-15 walk. Being close to or basically on the water is a plus. On the other I was socked to find out there were no elevators in the complex. But regardless we still chose to live here because it situated in such a good location and pretty nice overall.

We went to see the apartments yesterday and it was a pleasure to be welcome by such a nice and educated lady. Laura walk us thru the amenities and then drove us around to show us the unit. She explain everything we needed to know and answer all our questions. Thank you Laura! You are the best.

I am an electrician and have worked at Camden Aventura Apts. and can testify that Jennifer, the person responsible for maintaining the property, is always on top of things, working very hard in making sure the entire property location is kept in an outstanding condition.  Not only what pertains to the outside surroundings but also in every individual apartment inside. I highly recommend this location for anyone who is looking for a Wonderful place to rent.

Came for a tour and was a tad late, but I had the pleasure to tour with Laura! Laura was so resourceful and made the property feel like home. She had answers for all my questions and really gave me my time to get a feel for the space! The property is beautiful and their staff is amazing!
