Camden Aventura Apartments

I was pleased with the speed with which the tennis court net was repaired. Furthermore, Ms. Laura has undertaken to have a camera installed in order to monitor and prevent any further acts of vandalism

Camden Aventura has a fantastic location—just a short walk to Founders Park, Aventura Mall, and a quick drive to the beaches. A special shout-out to Laura from the Camden team! She was incredibly professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to help us with managing our leasing. Her support made everything smooth and stress-free.

I just wanted to take a minute and write a long overdue review of Camden aventura, and more specifically one of the leasing  agents Laura.  She always goes far beyond her role. Always willing to help may it be a maintenance request, or helping to find  a lost piece of mail. What I like most, is that if she is not able to fix an issue, she speaks to someone above her who can assist and is always prompt with getting back to me. I never feel like I am being ignored, and always feel like she actually enjoys her job and cares about the community.

Every time I request and service , the maintenance team response and complete the job very well and on time

My wife and I relocated to Miami for my job and heard great things about the Aventura area.  With a weekend to find a place and a laundry list of apartments, we came to CamdenAventura.  Laura was so pleasant, informative and helpful.  We loved the property and Laura made a smooth transition for us to quickly move in.  We so appreciate Laura and all of her professionalism.

This is the filthiest place where I lived. First you see an excellent location, a canal, a children's park.. And that's all. old terrible apartments. and my children were sick 3 times a month. because the air conditioners are green with mold, and the carpeting is old. the kitchen is terribly old and inconvenient. the equipment is 100 years old, it does not wash or wash it’s normal. the blinds crumble from one touch, then, when you check out, they’ll charge you a round sum for them. the pools, these are not pools, but shitholes. I just disdained to swim there. the management smiles but does nothing. it’s just a shame to spend that kind of money and keep people in such conditions

Candem Aventura, the complex, despite being well located, is a very old complex, windows, accessories, furniture, refrigerators and washing machines are very old, the floors and carpets are so old that ants and bugs come out underneath, the refrigerators are like 10 years ago They get damaged frequently and what they do is repair and repair, they never change things because they don't want to invest, I had serious humidity problems and they never fixed it, this problem damaged my nightstands. To remove the humidity they installed 4 fans 24 hours a day for a month, the humidity was never solved, obviously I had to bear the cost of the electricity, they never responded, the smell of humidity was terrible. They charge for pet control every month, but if you don't ask them to fumigate, they don't do it as a preventive measure and if they keep the money, the windows are so old that they come sealed with glue. They say there are several swimming pools and the truth is that in 8 months they have all been closed, only one works. In short, for the cost, which is almost $3,000 dollars, it is not fair. I recommend that you visit the property, and look at the apartments directly, do not rely on the page, that was the deception for us, the truth is that it has nothing to do with reality.
