Top notch building located in a very desirable area of Miami Beach. Building and pool area are extremely well maintained. It's well run.

A great place to live. Very diligent and professional management who are always on point. A friendly atmosphere throughout the building filled with decent people who live here peacefully. Highly recommended.

Good place to live

as for someone that does deliveries, i was racially profiled by this fat white american ; security at night shift;by my the color of my skin. he commented that he has never seen a person of my color in this area doing what i do. i just stayed quiet and left for my safety. Terrible staff.

Building management makes it as hard to live here as possible, leaking roofs, constant construction, food delivery is banned, the empty parking garage is 35 a night for guests, constantly broken key fobs have 100 dollar replacement fees, illegal activity with regards to service animals, guest policy, and throwing out of packages after five days instead of a return to sender.  Truly the most difficult to work with and if you don’t speak Spanish you will be treated second rate.

Extremely rude staff.

The person who attends the entrance, the Vallet, the man who helps you with your suitcases and even the lady who cleans everything are so friendly. What good staff that building has.
