Everyone who gives a 5-star rating to this place seems like a deception to me because everything is a total disaster, they take away your water several times a month, the elevator always has problems, the work in the lobby is very bad because they lose your packages The parking is a disgrace because there is only one for each apartment, which means that if you live with your partner you have to look for parking in the surrounding area with the risk of having it towed or stolen. The pool on the 3rd floor is not working at all. in repair since I arrived here and it has been 2 years and why am I going to continue saying bad things if there are too many I definitely do not recommend anyone move here

Staff was limited and front desk was a uncomfortable work environment where the supervisors acts like a angry loud parent instead of a professional. Glad I got out when I did. It wasn't surprising the front desk staff was always changing, turn over was high and unstable. Residents didn't feel at ease/ comfortable with employees constantlyb change in a spot when after hours handles everything and any thing resident deal with

I have been in this place for 25 years; which was the most beautiful in its surroundings. Very complete gym, tennis court, two swimming pools, sauna, valet parking, auditorium where we saw very nice plays, gardens with fountains, laundry, games room, library,
strategic location, as it is close to the most requested stores, the largest and most beautiful shopping center: “AVENTURA.”
Restaurants, supermarkets, schools, access to main roads: I-95 palmetto, I-75. Turnpike, airports, is one of the safest cities because it has police surveillance all the time; There are free means of transportation that help a lot for retired people who no longer drive cars, the neighborhood is very exclusive, lots of nature, close to the beach, you could say that we live in a paradise.
But unfortunately this has changed a lot due to poor administration of the associations and that they do not bother to continue making us live as in the beautiful years that we will remember, if there is no control so that these anomalies that are committed can stop.
We will not lose hope that it will return to what it once was; because with honest administration anything can be achieved.
We hope in the Lord who makes the impossible possible; Let this dream of change come true and let us enjoy what we achieved with great efforts and that today we sadly see how it turned into something very different.

It’s important to know what percentage of the apartments are for full time residents, snowbirds and investment properties, rentals.  Rental properties are a different ball game and require special management.
