Do not live here, it was an absolute nightmare.

Very expensive, they cut off the electricity and water at least once a week. The building is dirty, without maintenance, with leaks everywhere, humidity on all the walls, the washing machines never work and you have to look for an apartment where it works or it is not flooded, the attention is the worst, the amenities are pitiful, Parking is crazy, they lose your packages, and the list goes on and on.

My grandmother lived in this building for almost 30 years. My mother lives there too and has for 20ish years. The building is in a great spot, very convenient to everything you could need. The way it is run however, leaves something to be desired. The pool has been closed for repairs for a very long time. The gym is WAY out of date and the equipment is falling apart. Security is complacent and the building is old and falling apart.

Very bad Maintenance, the building is falling a parts. owners paid a lot of money for the maintenance and is not showing on the property.

The staff are cool. Clean and well maintained.

I see that most people complain or put 1 star because they didn't follow the rules and got fined or towed. Family oriented condo with great views!
