I have lived here since 2009. I have an apartment with the most gorgeous views of the ocean. The prices are the lowest in the neighborhood. It is still the best bang for you're buck on the Galt Mile. It is in an ideal location walking distance to everything you need.....

WHAT A DUMP! This place is the joke of the Galt. The President of the "Bored" is a bully who likes to be a big shot with other people's money. Thinks he owns the building and the shareholders are his hostages subject to his whims. Stay away from this building. Badly managed and badly run. If you buy in here - trust me - you WILL BE SORRY!!!
