Cutler Riverside Apartments in Miami

First of all, I want to tell you that I have lived in this condominium for 8 years. Yesterday I was able to speak with one of the two maintenance men and verify that he underwent serious surgery and is recovering satisfactorily.

Never answer the phone called multiple times since 2021

I personally  would not recommend this apartment complex to no one. The apartment interior is so out dated, ran down, and poorly maintenance. There are two onsite maintenance workers neither of them speak English and can hardly understand a word you say. Never properly fix anything all they do is patch up work .A/C always stop working .Property manager is very unprofessional. Assist is rude and racist. Parking is terrible. Suppose to be one parking sticker per unit but depending on your race you can get additional. The office assist will call the tow truck to come pick up your car with a parking decal on purpose just to be nasty and say it was parked incorrectly. Your apartment can be located in the front but if your not home by 7pm you will have to park in the back around the corner because there’s three cars at one apartment all with decals. The pool is always close ALWAYS. The laundry rooms are always dirty only one washer working at a time .Cannot call property manager or anybody in the office during office hours they will sit there and listen to the phone ring, they never pick up the phone. Rent is steady increasing but nothing looks better but the outside of these apartments. The pool is green today sadly the pictures are lying. There’s nothing guaranteed over here but your car being towed.

I am grateful to the administration, they are very attentive, and the appearance of the community has improved.

My sister has been leaving there for a year , they don’t pay attention to hers complaints. The air conditioning in her apartment is licking so bad that the rug is already stained , don’t mention the humidity awful odor inside the apartment . The balcony’s door is mountain backwards, the front door is broken, they laundry area is nasty and my sister has to go to an outside laundry to wash the clothes. Management ignored her request, the maintenance  guy has no clue about Maintenances. And they are ready to raise the rent .

I really like the place, it's very quiet and very central.

Joanna Iglesias perhaps you might want to move to Kendall. If you're looking for a 1bed you'll find one between 1200-1500 a month. You might find one for less than 1200. The one i live in is pretty good and i have lived in the apt for 3yrs with no problems and i have friends that live in other apt complex's along Kendall Dr between 77th ave and 153ave with no  issues. I use to stay at an apt in hialeah and it was'nt all that good. When you're least is up. Move out. If you don't want to move to Kendall i understand. Just follow your path but be careful who you rent from. Good luck
