STAY AWAY. The management company should ...
STAY AWAY. The management company should be investigated and prosecuted for so many issues including fraud. Also the area is extremely dirty and unsafe, if you have a dog, your poor pet will have to walk on human urine and feces and come back to your apartment. Very dangerous area STAY AWAY
