I lived there for 1 year & just recently moved out. Unfortunately, I would not recommend living here. We were some of the first people to move into the building so I had no idea what to expect. The parking garage is so small & tight and cars speed through there, mirrors are tiny, idk how more wrecks don't happen. The security guards don't do anything - I've seen them at the pool with their families, hitting on females, being bro's with the guys. Instead of having an amenities floor like they advertise, half of the 15th floor is residential with a tiny gym (treadmills always broken & never any sanitizing wipes) and a cafe to make money. Absolutely nothing to accommodate pets (no dog wash, no grass, no turf, nothing) and they make you use the back door in the parking garage to take out your dog as you're not allowed to go through the lobby. I have encountered dog waste in the elevators many times, as well as right outside of MY door. The elevators always smell like weed or musty BO. Homeless people are everywhere in this area. Most of them are super nice & harmless, but the amount has *at minimum* tripled in the last year. Cops and ambulances have been outside of the building multiple times this year alone. They never do anything for the residents - no social hours, no contests, no complimentary gifts/goodies, zero recognition. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, never respond to emails, and if you don't speak Spanish, you won't survive living here. Now on to our move out process.. we were told that the walls needed to be repainted & the apartment needed to be cleaned. The ONLY place that sells the exact paint colors charges $85 for the two different paints & only offers gallon sizes. Management said they would charge $150 PER WALL if we didn't touch up the walls (scuff marks, normal wear and tear). So, we bought the paint & our apartment looked better than before we moved in. We spent hours cleaning & painting. During the walk through, they complimented how good/nice our apartment looked & they were sad to lose us. They deducted $500 for an administrative fee, $50 for the fridge water filter, and then.. $206 for a cleaning fee for the BALCONY!!!! I had furniture and a rug outside the entire time. It wasn't dirty, nothing was left behind, but they said it wasn't "clean". There is continuous construction going on & dust and dirt is going to be present OUTSIDE. This place only cares about money & not it's residents. Extremely disappointed & sad that this place was my first experience living in Miami. Don't recommend.
