DUA-SLS-RESIDENCES

Three constructions near by and 2 restaurants which blast music like clubs will keep you up awake  20 hours per day. The constructions start at 6 am btw. Elevator brakes every week. Everyone (except the person mentioned in other comments) is super nice though.

Stay away from this nightmare. Management is hostile and impolite always acting like they’re doing you a favor (particularly Nicolas Espinoza). Don’t expect them to ever try to facilitate something for you. Nicholas likes to have side conversations while you speak to him and is utterly dismissive of you. Package room staff is very kind, but it can take 30 mins to get your package between the line and elevator wait. Moving in and out is a complete disaster, it’s so difficult that you come in frustrated and get out furious.
Pool area can’t be used at your discretion, the times make no sense and you can’t even enjoy that as a resident. The HOA is absurdly high, and I can’t find one reason that justifies it. Elevators can easily take 20 minutes to get to the lobby if you’re lucky. Moving out was a relief.

Former SLS residences, super friendly staff, specially security, package room and night staff. Nightmare for residents and renters. Broken elevators, shared with constant food deliveries, it can take up to 15m from apartment door to lobby. Pool amenities get blocked out for hotel usage (weddings, photo shoots, ...) without reducing HOA for owners.
For such a young building, way too many infrastructure work and currently surrounded by too many construction sites.
