Some of the Condos here have absolutely spectacular views and face the ocean and golf course, ensuring no high-rise will ever be built to destroy their views, as is the case all over Aventura and everywhere else. It's now under new management and a new board; so the previous complaints on these ratings have been more than addressed.
If you're interested in living here, make sure you're facing the golf course; it's just breathtaking against the Miami sky.

Easily the most POORLY managed property in Aventura. Management office is rude, unprofessional, and completely inept. Took 3 months to get a parking sticker to “be allowed” to park in the spot I pay for.
Pool has been closed for over a year, and no signs of opening any time soon.
Location may be good, but you will get a headache any time you need anything from management. They need to fire the entire management office. You would be better off ANYWHERE else.

I recently had a frustrating experience with an association complex that is currently undergoing construction in the parking lot, drastically reducing available spaces. Despite this, they issue parking violation stickers for trivial reasons, even when no spaces are available. Their lack of communication about the situation leaves residents confused and irritated. The management's disregard for resident convenience and failure to provide clear instructions is unacceptable...
