An older building but one of the best located buildings in Aventura, great views.

Horrible place to live. There are rats, the garbage is never clear, the employees make a lot of noice early in the morning and very late at night. They dont even have a phone number for the front desk on Google. The place is a mess 100% dont recomend living here. The pool leaks, and has been cheaply fixed multiple times while the people in charge steal the $ that's meant for the fixtures. The parking lot  has an upstairs parking that collapsed because they dont maintain the place and dont pass their 40 year inspection. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to rent and buy an apt.

Extremely well located, this residential complex has an amazing view over the golf club on country club drive. It's old but it has been renewed and it's a great place to spend vacations.

Quiet zone. Ideal to go with kids
