Easily the most POORLY managed property in Aventura. Management office is rude, unprofessional, and completely inept. Took 3 months to get a parking sticker to “be allowed” to park in the spot I pay for.
Pool has been closed for over a year, and no signs of opening any time soon.
Location may be good, but you will get a headache any time you need anything from management. They need to fire the entire management office. You would be better off ANYWHERE else.

Hands down the worst building in town. Management takes money from you left and right as well as steals from you. As owners we can not wait to get out of here. DO NOT PURSUE PURCHASING

I am extremely disappointed with the management of our association complex. Since January, the pool has been out of service and remains unfixed, despite numerous complaints and promises for repairs. Additionally, it's been three years since we've had a functioning parking garage. Parking has become a daily struggle, with residents facing constant challenges and inconveniences. This level of neglect and lack of responsiveness is unacceptable. It is high time that the management addresses these issues promptly and efficiently. Is this place even safe?

Association Condominium is poorly maintained, with common areas showing signs of neglect such as peeling paint and malfunctioning lights. The building's cleanliness is subpar, with overflowing garbage disposal areas and dirty hallways that attract pests. Despite numerous complaints, the management remains unresponsive and ineffective in addressing these issues, significantly diminishing the quality of living for residents.
