I love this property very nice community great location highly recommended

I really want to like this place. I mean I really do. The leasing office staff and maintenance staff are all very pleasant and helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience with them. The only complaint I’ve ever had was the terrible WiFi connection initially which has since been fixed. However; I’m not sure if it’s just my building but the hallways and trash chute area are DISGUSTING 🤮. I Can’t seem to understand why people just dump trash bags in front of the trash chute area and just leave them there. I’ve noticed roaches as well as fruit flies are now becoming a problem because of all the trash that’s left out. I’m not sure why cameras are not installed in this area to catch the people who have no regard for their neighbors or respect for the property itself. I hate having guest over for the simple fact that the hallways are so disgusting and full of dried up trash and spills from trash bags. Jan 2025 Update: don’t walk RUN away from this place. Pet owners are inconsiderate af. Dog feces is EVERY WHERE grass, sidewalks, hallways of the building, parking garage etc. if you have small children you must carry them everywhere otherwise they may step in poop. I think I’ll start filming and posting pictures here on Google of the dog owners who don’t pick up behind their pets as well as the dog owners who don’t walk their pets with leashes. Leasing office staff does nothing to enforce the rules beside sending 1000 repetitive misspelled text messages of the “rules” that they have no intention of enforcing.

These condos are the best, super clean and modern, I love them, Lorainy is super nice, I highly recommend this place

Great place to live at. Epic, offers a modern and comfortable living experience with several notable features. The building’s design is sleek and contemporary, with well-maintained common areas such as the lobby and the gym, creating a welcoming environment. The maintenance crew is great.

I’ve been living at epic for a couple months, and it has been an excellent experience! The property is always well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch, I love grabbing some coffee and working from their clubhouse. The management team is responsive and friendly, always going the extra mile to address any concerns or requests promptly. For instance, they recently helped me with my garbage disposal that had stopped working, they passed by the same day and it was fixed!
The location is perfect— I have an aldis walking distance and i must say the chick fil a is not a bad addition haha. Plus, the community feels safe and welcoming, which makes it a wonderful place to call home.
If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend staying here!

Great place! Highly recommend it

Ive been living here for a year and i love it. My place is so stylish my friends always compliment it when they come over. The staff is so friendly too along with maintenance. The events are so cute they even have a wrapping station for gifts set up it’s great!
