Epic Residences

The place itself is very central. The internet was having a problem but is fixed and it was done in a reasonable fast way. Leasing office has been great and the service is AAA+. I am extending another 12 months!

This place has become unsafe to live. My wife's car got vandalized last night. Apparently,  there is a security guard who monitors the property, based on the photos I provided, you can see how effective he or she is, and to add insult to injury, the premises has no surveillance whatsoever. Please be vigilant to your surroundings, and if you are considering moving here, I recommend you pass the Chik-fil-A and keep driving.

The community itself and the amenities are great. Your every day life will pretty much depend on who you live next to because the walls are extremely thin. I unfortunately deal with neighbors stomping all night, loud morning and night music, arguing, slamming dressers, even items constantly dropping apparently?, slamming doors, etc.. other than that it would be perfect.

It’s going to be 5 months.. 5 months into my lease of ongoing issues with this ridiculous internet. I envy the property management that gets to go home to fully functioning WiFi and get to enjoy their home. If it wasn’t for the internet issues, living here would be great. My husband and I chose this location because we’re central to a lot of things. 3 grocery stores to choose from, dog store nearby, 2 dog parks nearby but this internet is killing this community. Just tell residents we’re allowed to buy our own internet and move on with it.

Internet  not good and their resolution is to transit to even a worse company witch has horribles reviews bluestream. issue won’t be fix anytime soon

Community internet is a problem. They are trying to resolve it, but continued issues for now. Management has provided hotspots but these are comparably very slow. I was told they would be switching providers but the new provider won’t come in until May-June, at which point I’ll have had horrible internet for nearly the entirety of my lease. We are not allowed to purchase our own internet. Walls are quite thin. I can hear my neighbors’ conversations.
Halls and common areas are not kept clean. Part of this is a reflection of the tenets.
I will be moving out as soon as possible.

Management you need to implement some sort of cleaning schedule for the trash chutes on your buildings. It's a mission at times to just throw away trash because it's so smelly, disgusting and dirty. The hallways leading to the chutes are smelly, dirty and nasty. Not to mention all the leaks stains on the floor. Maintenance should be going through daily on all buildings to make sure all is good, and where it's not clean up! We should not have to be wearing  hazmat suits or latex gloves just to open them 2 doors to throw away trash! Get it together please!!!

WALLS ARE PAPER THIN - we unfortunately have to listen to our neighbors next door having loud [redacted] every other night, arguing, you name it. Upstairs it seems like they have a horse from all the stomping they do, plus the dog that won't stop barking. We even listen to the alarms from the apartment next door in our apartment which is insane, so yes, you'll wake up at the same time as your neighbors. No idea how this building was up to code with the walls being so poorly built and this won't get fixed, this will be something that will constantly keep happening. If you want peace and quiet in your home, this isn't the place.

I’ve moved in around August and let me just say, the place, building and community is lovely. But this is without a doubt one of the worst internet I’ve ever had in an apartment complex. The fact that we share an internet as a community is baffling and the fact that we pay $50 a month for internet isn’t bad itself, it’s the specs can’t handle this much data. I’m not considering renewing if the internet isn’t going to improve. The fact that it’s this horrible is a dealbreaker.
