This building is easily the best value in all of downtown Miami. A one bedroom apartment here will cost you around $400 less than in most other buildings, while still providing you with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and high ceilings. The fact that this building used to be a bank gives it a classical yet contemporary feel to it. The building has a gym on the third floor, but does lack a pool. Also parking is not included, but there are nearby garages available. I generally never had any noise issues, as the other tenants were very respectful, although the paper thin walls meant that I could sometimes hear my neighbor's TV. The only real issue I had here was with the fire alarm, which would often go off randomly due to the building's failure to keep the system properly maintained.

unique decor in lobby, perfect downtown location but no a/c in the hallways. hallways look worn in , old and smelled a bit stale

Great location. Beautiful building. Needs a parking garage. Overall great place to live if you like Downtown and especially if you work and/or go to school near the area.
