Their rules is ridiculous. If you move in, they will force you to install four things: planter, concrete stairs, screen patio, and new driveway. They don’t care if you don’t have money for those, they will continue fine you by day if you did not install the requirements. So, not worth to live, they just want to take your right away. This place is trash.
