Girasole Apartments

Horrible check-in, waiting over 30 minutes, the security crew was just not helpful. It was so confusing, then I had to go downstairs to get my room reservation number, they didn't answer their phone. Once I figured out that after 2h, I went to my room, just basic room, the view was beautiful at least. We had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before getting our car from the valet. I was better at checkout after 3 days. I won't go back to this place.

The only problem I had was the Internet it was not good .other then that it was great 😃

Our stay at Girasole Apartments was incredibly disappointing. The room was not only outdated but also poorly maintained. First day of our arrival when we opened the room door, we felt extremely strong chemical odor. It was very serious strong chemical smell. We even couldn't walk in the room. We tried to reach the management BUT there is NO the reception. Only security. Only phone to call somewhere and we don't to who. We asked for help three days in row but nobody really cares. We are considering these conditions as health hazard. People who has an issues with lungs and bronth, be careful.The odor remained whole week of our stay there. People who has an issues with lungs and bronth, be careful. Plus there is a lot cocroaches. The management refuses to refind the ruined vacation. Please think 100 times before going there.

The only thing recommended is the location. The views from the room are good.
The common spaces in terrible condition.
It has parking, but the vehicle delivery system is chaotic. You can wait 45' until your vehicle is delivered. Extremely disorganized.

When we came in the oven and the microwave were broken the upstairs tv wasn’t turning on and the couch was broken we had no internet and they said they couldn’t help us I also waked up at six because of construction workers next door who were listening to music at full volume and drilling something

This is the worst stay I ever had the room smells so bad even trying to air it out nothing helped the bathroom isn’t even cleaned the furniture is all broken the couch one of the bed had a ironing board under the mattress there is no WiFi that seems to work this place is not worth a penny worst mistake to make

I would not stay at this place again, the check in process required everyone over 18 to show their ID's, which wasn't ideal because our entire party wasn't there when half of us were to check in. The room was dusty and dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, the shower upstairs would leak all over the floor and there was no plug for the bathtub. We couldn't use the fan because it was so dusty. There's not much close to the place for food so you either have to get an Uber or walk 25-30 minutes to go somewhere. The positives were the view to the ocean and sunrise, the beach towels that were provided and they valet parking. There was a tiki bar on site for lunch and drinks which was nice, there was also a restaurant but it was pricey and not ideal for the kids. The pool was warm and the kids loved that and it was awesome to be footsteps away from the ocean!
Rooms: The room was dusty, we couldn't even turn the fan on because it was so dusty. The bed frames were all broken and it felt like you were sleeping in a taco shell. The pillows felt like they were stuffed with laundry and were not comfortable to sleep with. We were told there were bunk beds, but they were just rollaway beds. The shower upstairs leaked so we couldn't even use it. There wasn't a plug for the tub so the kids couldn't even take a bath. The room smelled musty, it stated it slept 8, but there was only silverware for 5 people.
Walkability: There is nothing close enough to walk to unless you're willing to walk 25-30 minutes.
Food & drinks: The place does have a restaurant, but it's expensive. There's also this little Tiki bar by the pool, which was a lot of fun and priced fairly.
