More people are leaving them moving in be aware not safety and expensive for no reason.

I won’t ever recommend anyone to move to grand Rivera NOT EVEN A STRANGER. The maintenance staff  cannot fix anything and when they do fix it it’s broken again the next day. The waiting list for house repairs are ridiculous for example they will leave your sink broken for weeks! I had to use buckets to keep the water from over flowing. My outlets in the bathroom  weren’t working for months i had to do my hair in the living room!!!! I put in the request it gets marked off as completed. The company itself is VERY VERY MONEY HUNGRY and their staff is unorganized and tell the guest anything. New residents keep in mind there are no grace periods they will charge you $300-$500 if your late on the second and it doesn’t matter what you have going on if you cannot pay it very heartless and money hungry. You will pay so much for rent for half of the appliances that doesn’t even work and CAR BREAK IN.
Car Break Ins
I’ve lived in more in a rough environment and not ever growing up my car has got broken in more then 4 times and the company FAIL TO MAKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD SAFE. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS AND has no intent on getting cameras, not even in the area by the pool or gym area THEY DONT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS JUST YOUR RENT MONEY . The only advice they will have for you is call the police and tell you they hope everything works out for you.
Staff is so unorganized THEY LEFT AN EVICTION NOTICE ON MY DOOR AND I PAY THEM EVERY SINGLE MONTH EVEN IF IM LATE AND THEY CHARGED ME $4000 can you guys believe what I just said 4K for a 2b2b. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want to live in misery &  want to get robbed because the gate is always not working.

I Love Living at Grand Riviera; Maintance always on time. Samir Jose is very efficient and has a rapid response when a service request is put in.

Moving to this community was a great decision! The pool is spectacular and has a beautiful lake view! It has a barbecue area, a jacuzzi and a gym (basic but has what is necessary). The Mantson staff are very attentive, they attend to my requests very quickly and keep the common areas clean. And not to mention Amari, the girl in the office, since the day I went on the tour she has been very helpful and very loved. He always helps me with everything I need and always has a solution for my requirements. He is very sweet to me and my family! Thank you Grand Riviera for making paying my rent a pleasure and for having a quiet home!

Leroy the grounds man is awesome and so kind! He helped me out when I needed it. Highly Recommend!
