Grand Riviera Miramar Apartments & Townhomes

Very nice place to live, but maintenance isn’t great. Lots of dog poop everywhere around the lake, that people don’t bother to pickup.
Not well enforced by the neighborhood
I’m half way through my lease and the hot tub has never worked.
No recycling in the neighborhood.
Fountains are dirty and unkept.
Definitely not a bad place to live, but for the high rental price, maintenance should be better.

The staff at Grand Riviera is wonderful. Everyone is friendly, especially Bria. She is personable, and she is great at explaining things in a clear, concise manner. She made the application quick and easy. I highly recommend this community.

My experience was great today thanks to Bria! She was able to find us the exact apartment we were looking for and answered all our questions. I am looking forward to moving in, and the staff being AMAZING is a bonus.

RED FLAGGGGGGGGSSSSSSS🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩DO NOT CONSIDER THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, FILTHY PLACE!!! So I toured the 3/2 apartment and it was filthy, I smelled mold. I explained to the consultant that I was allergic to filth! Dusty and stuffy! FYI, CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT AND TOWNHOME before showing them to customers!!! What is the purpose to make appointments when the customer arrives they have to wait 30 and 40 minutes to be seen? 🙄 I was rushed during the tours, I got “hurry up and buy” impression during my tour! The fact that you have to tail gate the workers around the complex in your personal vehicle during the tour, was enough for me! INVEST IN GOLF-CARTS!!!! As BOUGIE you want the place to seem…..you cannot change the name of an existing establishment with a fancy name and hire “THE HELP” UNCREDITED Leasing Consultants and maybe I’m giving her too much credit by classifying her as that! They are MONEY HUNGRY AND LIARS!!!! Just as fast as they want the application fees and deposit, I should receive my money back as fast, I mean expeditiously!! “The Help” Will not take accountability for their actions! I actually read the reviews prior to my visit. I addressed my concerns to Amara and Amber about the reviews on their website, e.g. reviews about RATS and a picture was attached. Amber says “this is Florida, of course you will see animals”NEWS FLASH, rats are RODENTS that do not belong in residences!!!! It is not COMMON that Floridians are voluntarily living with rodents running around inside their homes!!! I don’t know what perception she has about Floridians, but it isn’t good. Obviously, she is not a native, other wise she will not be disrespectful with her comments! Pretentiously acting as if the reviews I see are on a fictitious website! NO BOO BOO…you have ONE WEBSITE AND THOSE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE TOTALLY REAL AND TRUE! I was handled disrespectfully & unprofessionally by Amber, she is condescending and immature, phony and unapologetic. A group of unorganized, unhelpful, unprofessional, incompetent group of “leasing consultants “ everyone throws their rocks and hides their hands. I was passed around like a hot potato this past week! WASTE OF TIME 🙄

Grand Riviera Apartments in Miramar is a true gem for anyone seeking a friendly, welcoming community with an amazing atmosphere. The staff here go above and beyond with their politeness and eagerness to assist making every interaction a pleasant experience. Amber assisted me and was very sweet throughout the whole process. This, coupled with the serene and beautifully maintained surroundings, contributes to the uniquely positive vibe of the place. The apartments are not only budget-friendly but are also well-kept, offering great value for the quality of life provided. If you're looking for a place where comfort meets affordability, and the staff makes you feel genuinely at home then I recommend 100%.

I don’t always do reviews, but when I take the time to do so, it is because the organization, team and or experience earned it or  not. The Grand Riviera Team earned their 5 starts all the way! Thank you ! My family and I are looking forward to be a part of your community. Are they perfect? Nope. But they are sure real! And they keep you real too! Shocking? Sure it is’ more like unique these days when “doing it for the review” is what matters. The Grand Riviera Team truly works hard to go above and beyond! I am a very demanding individual and they sure delivered. The whole team earned my respect, yet Bria truly went above and beyond for us. Bria, thank you very much for understanding the importance of this move for our family! Excellent location, felt safe on the property, awesome floor plans, options in pricing, do not miss the value of this team doing business the “old fashion way” meaning everything is done face to face not online. Thank you for reminding of the importance of this!

Had an amazing experience at Grand Riviera Miramar. Their leasing representative Amari was beyond helpful and super knowledgeable.

We stoped by to tour Grand Riviera apartments and townhouse community.  The grounds were kept very nice and it felt very safe in this community.  Bria, was so kind and took her time taking me and my man on tour.  She explained everything with etiquette every step of the way.  It so spacious in the townhouse homes.  We will definitely be considering Grand Riviera as our next home.  Thank you much and it a pleasure visiting and touring your community Bria 🙂.

I love the community where I have lived for 11 years Gran Riviera, they have a very friendly work team, especially Rigo, he speaks Spanish and is always willing and with a good attitude to help, I feel very safe with the community…
