My Name is Bev and I am a Doordasher. I had never been to this community before and I was unsure about where the residents apartment was. I was walking and I came upon the leasing office and tried opening the doors, but the doors were locked but there was an employee working inside. She saw I needed help and she opened the door. I asked her about the address and where a particular unit was. She was a little unsure. She came out of her office and called the maintenance person on the phone to ask where a particular unit was and she told me what elevator to take so that I would not have to walk far since I was delivering cases of water. I never got her name but I wanted to sincerely thank her for helping me and directing me to the proper place. Thank you for going above and beyond for a total stranger. 5 star customer service.

The complex has little to no parking after 5:00PM so you can't go out and do anything (Sundays are worse because people barely ever leave so in the morning there is barely any spots). Other tenants from nearby complexes can park here but we can't park at their complexes leading to an influx of cars from people that don't live here. There are no cameras and security here so they're going to have to figure out how to deal with that once a liability case is filed against them for whatever reason in the future. Car windows are constantly being broken for theft which is facilitated by the lack of security (You can see window shards all around the building from broken car windows).
The grass is littered with cigarettes everywhere and it constantly smells of cigarettes. The place isn't worth the price tag. You'll feel like you're living in a literal prison not wanting to leave due to worrying about losing your parking spot. (Also, they promised people parking but on the lease it says otherwise). People from the nearby park also park at the complex especially during big games which unsurprisingly reduces available parking. Tenants also park in disabled parking spots despite not being disabled and they sometimes park in illegal spots or sidewalks which blocks other tenants from being able to leave or come in.
Here's a photo to get a better picture of what I mean. The office and owners don't care so don't bother living here unless you want to feel like you live in a prison. The apartments look great but you're essentially living in an okay looking prison. The interior also looks gross because they don't bother cleaning it and it still has construction markings and boundary paints all over it because they wanted to get as many people in as possible when they first opened the place but disregarded many quality of life items. The only good thing about this place is the maintenance team Incase you require help with something in your apartment. Otherwise... Trust me, the parking situation here will make you regret ever signing a lease here.

Very unprofessional, misleading, racist, and rude staff. We sent in our application for a 3 bedroom in mid June and paid the 80 dollars. We even asked the lady prior if there would even be any 3 bedrooms available and she confirmed. The entire application process they never called us we had to always call just for them to tell us they were missing something. After the application was finally processed she tells us there are no 3 bedrooms available?? (Mind you on their website as of right now it says they have 3 bedrooms available) The lady was very rude from the beginning when I came to the office to see them face to face she was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping us at all. Take this as a warning so you don’t waste your 80 dollars !

Discrimination at it's finest. It's such a shame the people the county are allowing to run these so called affordable housing complexes, which are supposed to help all, not just pick and choose who you want. I applied for these apartments back in April when they first began accepting applications. I reached out numerous times to follow up with the application and was always told they would call when they had an update on them opening, Which initially was June 2023. Only to see they have opened this month and have not reached out to me with an update. Now, the office states they don't know where my application is, can't tell me if I was denied, or now they claim could have been placed on a wait-list for an apartment that had a whole empty building when I initially applied. This review is to bring awarenesses of how this affordable housing complex has found a way to scam people out of money and have such, inconsistent, incompetent, prejudice,  uneducated staff working their offices! The developer needs to be investigated, as they have found a way to take a so called  tax credit property, which is to be beneficial for the community, and scam who knows how many people.

Called to get info, the following is what I experienced: “hello”, as she laughed talking to someone else and hangs up on me. I call back, she’s still laughing, can barely hear me, I simply asked for info about leasing there, she tells me that you need 600 credit score, proof of 1 year of employment. I asked if they allow a “guarantor” for proof of employment/income since I am self employed & although I have income I don’t have an employer etc.. and she said a what? I said guarantor her response was “um Idk, no wait no.” I asked do you know what that is? She said no, hold on”. Ok no problem. But then another lady answers, also laughing with someone else as if I’m disturbing their party, she says “yea,” what do you need” 🤦🏻‍♀️ I mentioned that I just want to know if they accept a guarantor on the lease (as most leasing offices do) she replied with “a what?” “What’s that”? She got mad and gave me attitude because I told her that they’re leasing apartments to people yet nobody there knows what a guarantor is. Either way, I’m glad they didn’t know and I’m glad they gave me an attitude and I’m glad they were very rude and very unprofessional because it saved me from getting into a possible year lease with such a careless and unprofessional so called company that with this type of “service” probably won’t care about any issues that may occur with maintenance or concerns throughout the lease term. This place need better management these people don't know what they are doing they're racist they pick and choose who they allow to live there don't waste your 80 dollars I know for a fact it takes at least two weeks to send your information with credit check and everything these people are thiefs and liars it took them one day to denied my application that's how I know they denied it themselves not that they sent it anywhere for  you to actually be qualified they took my 80 dollars and denied it your credit alert you when it have been checked I received zero alert and they also lie about contacting your employer like you won't just ask your employer if they receive anything these people are thiefs especially that evon woman  from the beginning of the application she was being hostile just to denied the application by the next day im reporting this place to the better business bureau
