My home now, this used to be a 55+/HOPA ...
My home now, this used to be a 55+/HOPA building but is no longer the case. Beautiful garden/trees view from the back porch, GREAT condo association with immaculate maintenance! Security cameras and guard, no smell in the trash chute, pool is always clean and maintained, the stairway smells clean and everything in the building is clean, lawn always perfectly mowed. Quiet and pleasant neighbors. Only 9 minutes away from Sheridan Street Plaza, movies and stores, 15 minutes to the beach and 12 min to Aventura. Publix, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Burlington and many restaurants/fast food only 5 minutes away. No Airport or highway noise nearby. Building is in-between I-95 and the Florida turnpike, takes 5 minutes to either highway.
