I live in this building and I find the immediate attention we receive in terms of the maintenance and decoration of the common areas of the building very satisfactory, making it a pleasant place to live. I also highlight that even though the cleaning staff is not very regular Regarding space retention, the maintenance workers assume these tasks and the building is kept very clean, including the exterior areas, which deserves recognition and congratulations from those of us who live here.

I recently visited the property because I have a relative who lives there, Mr. Eduardo from mtto and another girl on the phone were very friendly, the elevators were broken but they helped me quickly with a boy who took me up to see my relative without problems. Thank you

My experience  until 2019, was nice, and comfortable. We used to have a huge parking lot, with very secured gates. Two confortables elevators, as well as a very professional staff, always alert of any inconvenience or disconfort. Currently and from 2020, the premise tourns into a non comfortable place, plenty of inconsistencies, unsafety, unsatisfactory, and in certain cases abusive to the elderly tenants, most of them living there for more than twenty years.
I have being living there since 2011, and never before I had any complaint about.

The administration people (building office) do not provide detailed information about what the application process is like, they are also very disrespectful and do not treat people well. Those are the kind of people who think they can humiliate people who need help. Really bad.
