I love being a Jackson Arms LLC tenant. I'm still here.

We had an eviction and bad credit 1 1/2 years ago. Jennifer helped us get approved, after a year we moved and the process was easy to get out security back. Neighbors were nice, I recommend them.

So far so good.

Jackson Arms is a flexible landlord in many ways. Although the buildings are not new, they try to keep the properties up to standard. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Water leak from ceiling roof will fall any minute and the city of hollywood lets a disgusting place stay in business when this apartment is inhabitable

Whoever reading This comment scroll down to see a Guy name LUIS B. his a realtor from "Rent today" he only post a fake positive comments because he's friends with a realtor agency that called "Jackson arm" these folks will steal your money stay away Whatever you guys do i advise you do not go to that agency please, because they'll show you a beat down apartments they don't have nice place to rent at all they just want your money. just like another agency called "rent today" stay away from them too I'm telling you they all want money from you but showing you all these run down apartments calming that it  would be fix soon which is a lie smh!!!
