The most unprofessional staff I have ever met in my life, from the Ruth to Jorge to the girls in the front desk. The most rudest unprofessional people I have ever encountered. Mind you this is a luxury place. I hope the company recognizesthat their staffs inability to perform basic tasks and communicate properly reflect on their hiring practices

Almost six months, on the 35th floor. The views are masterpiece! The rising of both the sun and the moon from the ocean is simply a miracle. Can't be repeated every time! Pelicans fly below the windows. On the other side of the house, the sunsets against the backdrop of the city are also very beautiful.
