Nice building and amazing facility with the rudest staff to the guests. I hated my time staying there at my friend's place because I had to interact with the staff sometimes who work in this building.

One of the best residences in Miami. Excellent beach view and has a gym, pool, sauna, spa among other things. High quality restaurant.

The worse place to work at they discriminate against Hispanic and the supervisors prevent you from speaking Spanish and literally tell you that this is America and if we want to be here we got to speak English! They fire employees with absolutely no warning if you make the smallest mistake as humans that we are they don’t care they don’t give anyone a second chance or they don’t even teach us and train us the proper way to do things so when we make a mistake we get fired for it when no one even told us or trained us the rules properly! Employees come and go from this place like water but they think the problem is us! Ever stopped to think the building your coorporation or management is the problem instead of taking it out on your employees that are simply trying to make a Living for there families! This place has absolutely no compassion for anyone the way they treat people!

Awesome place to live. New building with all possible amenities including the cleanest beach. Very expensive though

Valet is useless as well as front desk.  Both spend more time on their phones.   Security was the most helpful people there

Bad experience we having at this beautiful place. The staff from valet parking was not nice at all. They just gassips about everything. They supposed to park the cars not taking about people and workers.The FirstService to this place are out of control. Except the nice, polite new Manager Lady Astrid Mota, from FirstService we don't know how much she will last with this people. They never use a common sense to decide what's good or what's wrong for the building, residents and workers.They are like puppets. Lot's of gossips one of them is George was working at the Front to long. He have to live this place and stop  interfering with everything! At  the Front Desk they have a nice polite man from Europe, training in the blue suit, he was helpful and talking couple languages so nice, they let them go. I never see him again they keep only the non English speaking and losers. Lots of bosses and Regional Directors like Luis Pincus, Ernesto Drago, coming and  living from FirstService giving they old fashion mentality opinion. They have to retire! They don't know how to run a place! They acting like helping but they just make the situation worse. The nannies ar not allowed with the kids down on main lobby? This is ridiculous. The list is very long! We being generous give one star. The First Service don't deserve none!
All this coments are in the benefits of people living here, and the Bord of Directors and President to pay attention and get in top of this situation.
