Lisett has been a great asset to us at the Sterling, going well beyond her job description which she always carried out with great professionalism. When we were dealing with the non-stop rains last year she was down in the lower level parking past midnight helping guide the damage control efforts.
It is difficult to find people the genuinely care, I think they are the rarest treasure.

Some of their executives don't know how to deal with staff, they have to give them courses.

No one answer phones or return calls. Try more then 10 times after they charged my credit card without my authorization. BE AWARE looks like a scam

I have been a tenant at 1000 Mirador and, unfortunately, my experience with the management team, particularly Anika, has been disappointing. Communication has been extremely challenging, as my inquiries are often ignored or delayed. On several occasions, I have felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and responses were purposefully delayed, leaving me to wait unnecessarily and causing undue stress. As a paying tenant, I expect fair and timely service, but the lack of professionalism and responsiveness from management has made it difficult to feel supported in this building. While the property itself may have positive attributes, the quality of service provided to residents leaves much to be desired.
I sincerely hope the management team will take these concerns to heart and work toward improving their communication and responsiveness for the benefit of all residents.

Lisett Fernandez-Montero is our property manager at The Sterling, and I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and dedication. She's very responsible, always ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved. Her follow-through is exceptional, and she consistently keep tenants updated, making sure everything runs smoothly. It's clear she takes pride in managing the building and prioritize the needs of the residents.

Our condominium is managed by KW. Many fine people are employed by KW to provide management and maintenance to security and janitorial services. In particular, I would like to acknowledge Lisett Fernandez-Montero, our property manager for her professional, capable, pro-active, fair and conscientious services. Our building is undergoing major restoration and Lisett is on-site for long hours vigilantly overseeing all aspects of this massive project. We are grateful to have her as our manager and thank her for her hard work and numerous contributions to the well being of our building.
