Great building, two blocks from Lincoln Road. It’s got a nice, clean pool on the roof overlooking all of south beach, with views of both the beach and bay. If you’re lucky enough to find a rental in this building, you’ll enjoy a clean, quiet environment, pet friendly, with mostly young professionals as neighbors. No Air BnB vacation rentals, or crazy south beach parties. If you’re new to the Miami area and want a safe, calm neighborhood to live in, this is one of the best. You’re walking distance to dozens of restaurants and shops, and right across the street from a great park for dog walking, and some additional shaded streets which are also great for taking a stroll. The building has a small gym right by the pool deck, and also offers parking spaces for rent. Parking is limited, so you may have to rent a space in the garage across the road, but it’s a nice, safe garage about 100 yards from the building. The apartments themselves all have nice, medium sized balconies, wood look tile flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hurricane impact windows, super well appointed, and tasteful. Nice, people, clean spaces, upgraded amenities, and secure living. If you want to be in the center of it all, without being in the center of the noise and mayhem, this is where you want to live!

Do NOT live here. This building is managed by a man named Steven Grossman (streamline properties) who is one of the most arrogant and unethical people I've ever encountered in real estate. Most of the tenants that live here have had a negative experience dealing with this man. He acts as if he owns the building but he's just a sad, angry and money hungry person. If you live here you can expect management will do nothing in regards to stolen packages, loud neighbors, and anything else you may expect from a building manager. In my case, my parking space was given away mid-lease.. These people are purely evil and selfish.

I was looking to rent an apartment and I Spoke to Steven on the phone and he was very rude and hung up in my face, very rude and bad customer service. DO NOT GO THERE!!!
