No visitor parking , they tow ur car before 10 pm swimming pool alway dirty, some apt have only 1 parking spot.

If I can leave a negative star I would, the management is the most incompetent set of ppl I have ever encountered. They don’t know what they are doing, they don’t answer phone calls nor reply to your email, and if leave them a voice mail to call you back they will not do it. And when you go to the office their only reply is “It’s out of our control, we have to message board” Who are board? I have been waiting to speak with the board and till now I have not gotten a respond yet. I moved here since 2020, and since Monique, the previous office manager left couple months after, I have not had any pleasant interaction with the new management.The guy is just lost. I’m really considering seeking legal action against them because this is ridiculous.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Majorca Isles, and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and dedication to the community. The association is well-organized and proactive in maintaining the beautiful surroundings and ensuring that all residents have a pleasant living experience. The landscaping is consistently well-kept, and common areas are clean and inviting. Any issues or concerns I've had have been promptly addressed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. Communication is clear and timely, which helps keep everyone informed about important updates and events within the community.

Living in this community is an absolute nightmare! They will tow your car without the slightest justification. The staff is shockingly unhelpful; instead of offering assistance, they'll go out of their way to make your life miserable. The sheer amount of money you'll end up spending to retrieve your car could easily cover the expenses of residing in a community that's free from roaches and other pests. It's a disgraceful situation that highlights the incompetence and callousness of those in charge.

I have been a resident at Majorca Isles for seven years, Majorca Isles embodies the meaning of the word community, residents are courteous, caring, friendly and welcoming towards one another while working together to maintain safety, beauty, overall appearance and upkeep of the each other's homes and community common grounds. The association is constantly working on improving living conditions for residents, an automated  security system makes check in for visitors simple and effective. A concrete wall around the community keeps unwelcome guests out, newly updated shingles and roof keep the curb appeal high. The community has open areas, bench seating, paved pathways for  pleasant walks during sunset with the family. Having an on-site management office with efficient personnel helps efficiency of community and resident questions or concerns. A community pool and on-site playground helps keep the little ones busy during hot summer days. I highly recommend this community, it’s been an absolute joy living here and building relationships with newfound friends and neighbors.

The neighborhood is always clean. Landscape is nicely decorated and manicured. Its quiet. Popular stores are nearby for shopping.

Really good community to live in with great people, little to no problems here.

Centrally located to major airports, shopping malls and sporting arena.
