I rented an apartment here when I moved to Florida in 1998. It was a great place with very nice people and it will always have a special place on my heart.

I have lived here now for 6 years. As of April 1, 2022, we have a new board president and are no longer under Landmark Mgmt., which is good! The neighborhood is pretty and quiet and the neighbors here are lovely.

My unit at this co-op has had water drip ...
My unit at this co-op has had water dripping down the walls from the unit above for 9 months now and the company that runs it- Landmark Management has done nothing to help. I can't even sleep at night because of it dripping down. Really is sad and unbelievable.
