Beautiful property! Marc Price was extremely knowledgeable of the building and made every step extremely seamless. Thank you Marc!

Sub par management as others have mentioned. They took our $500 for the application and disappeared. After following up for a week with no pulse they finally replied once we said we were going elsewhere (but asked “why” instead of helping us with the actual unit.) As you could’ve guessed, dead silence when we wanted to be refunded as we received no services from this building. Area seems ok, a bit up and coming with pockets of luxury and a block later, not so much. Close to the heat arena if you like basketball.

Your team has been great

Absolutely first class apartment complex! We moved in a couple weeks ago and could not be happier. The panoramic window views are amazing. There is lots of light and you can see the whole city. There’s lots of growth happening in the area so having a second heated rooftop pool is clutch because the sunlight is not going to be drowned out by other buildings. The rooftop amenity views with two different floors is awesome. We like to go up there and watch all the planes flying in while drinking a glass of wine.
Miami world Center is in my opinion, the “future”area of Miami and will eventually surpass Brickell as the go to spot - in a few years. A big advantage of living here is there’s no buildings being built in front of it. You basically have the main shopping area in front and then the Kaseya center so our ocean views are protected.
Transportation is on point. The Brightline is two blocks behind us and the Metromover is one block in front of us. It’s also much easier to get to South Beach because the highway is a couple blocks away and there is no drawbridge to wait on.
I’ve lived in the best areas in Austin, San Diego and now Miami and this is the nicest apartment complex I’ve seen.
Only negative we can see so far is if you live on the backside of the building, there’s going to be lots of construction in the coming years. Also, there is no valet or guest parking - as of right now.
A huge shout out to Marc, Dawn and Mike who work in the building and made us feel at home from day one. They worked with us to find our perfect apartment. Great vibes here and that makes all the difference!!!!

Very neat and a good place to relax

I was very interested in touring this apartment and gathering more details for my upcoming move to Miami. Over the course of a few weeks, I left multiple voicemails and inquiries but never received a single response. The property looks incredible in photos, and I’m sure the amenities and location will sell themselves. However, it’s disappointing that I wasn’t even given the courtesy of a follow-up. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the lack of communication has led me to explore other options that value potential residents.

Michael was AMAZING!!! Move in was very smooth. Loving the amenities and the service thus far.

People who work there ruin the whole experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
