Miro Brickell

Just moved in and love it here already! Special shout out to Eddie, he was super helpful through out the move-in process and answered all of the many questions I had prior to moving in, thank you!!

Lmfaooooo thank goodness for the better business reviews and google reviews, lmfaoooo I was looking at this as potential but after reading these reviews, I would never ever ever move here lmfaoooo not even if you paid me. These reviews made me very grateful for where I live.

This building has the best management of any place I've seen.  The shared spaces are always clean, cute, and well-maintained. Tania, and Eddie are super helpful, responsive, and kind.  Greg is always so cheery.  Relative to most apartment complexes, this place is a dream.  So happy.

I was having trouble with my keys and the leasing office (Tania Lloret and a few others) were very helpful in the process of getting me new keys. Then I lost my keys and Tania was once again extremely helpful and even gave me her own keychain to attach to the keys so I won’t lose them again. It was really nice of her to give me her own keychain. Great team at MIRO and are always very accommodating of any internal issues.

Thomas is very friendly.  He gave me a tour around the community.  I loved the pool area.  I will be renting an apartment at Miro Apartment.  I love the new colors of the building!

The new management is a nightmare. Since Harbor Management, took over this building has been a complete circus. There is no security at this building. Elevators keep breaking, the garage door breaks all the time. There’s no concierge anymore because the person they hired quit after a week. The electric system in the building is severely damaged, on many floors the lights in the hallways flicker, carpets throughout the hallway are dirty and smell horribly. If Motel6 and Motel8 got married and had a kid, this building and management would be the kid. Furthermore, this management group, just doesn’t care about he residents and their concerns, they are absolutely one of the most dysfunctional and rude management groups that exists. Side note, this building has had 2 owners and 3 management groups in a matter of 6 years. Update: The assistant manager Tania, is the reason I have updated my review from 1 STAR to a 3 STAR review, she is a gem of a person.

What can I say. This has been a cool place to hang my hat. Probably the best bang for your buck in miami. Have not had any real issues so far. Tania and Emma are my preferred go to office workers when I have a question or maintenance request. Maintenance guys are top notch. The ground keepers and cleaning staff is great. I just keep to myself and am having a good time staying here. Will renew for sure.

I had a great experience at Miro Brickell. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming both Tania and Emma are super helpful. The building is going renovations and looks great. The building is also really clean. Great location too.
