If you're considering moving into Neo Lofts in Miami, do yourself a favor and wait until all renovations are completed—if that ever happens. My experience here has been nothing short of disappointing. Management and the landlord blatantly lied to us, promising the pool and common area renovations would be finished by August. We moved in July, trusting their word, and six months later, the work is nowhere near halfway done. They’re still tossing around vague "concepts of a plan" for decoration. The lobby? It looks like it was designed by someone channeling a bad Tim Burton fever dream. Management doesn’t take complaints seriously. Some neighbors exhibit disturbing behavior, like throwing dog poop off their balconies onto others. Yes, you read that right. And despite rules, some residents have three large dogs, some dogs bark all night, others are aggressive ones, which makes using the dog park a dicey experience.
To top it all off, everyone here seems desperate to sell, but banks keep rejecting mortgages for units in this building. The property is a mess, both structurally and financially. Don’t trust anyone’s word—wait until all renovations are 100% completed and thoroughly inspect the state of the building before making any decisions. This place is chaos, but the staff is very nice and polite, lovely people.
