Excellent attention from the office managers, detailed instructions and information on what you need.

My living experience became so bad after the new manager team under Barabra I have serval chronic conditions that cause my walking and lifting at times i can't do nothing. Section 8 added my son on for support and I asked Barabra to add my son on. I was told to pay $85 ok no problem she told me no. 2 weeks later I received a 30 day notice to move. Barabra is disrespectful with Black African American peoples. I never received my mail that she goes and remove it from the mailbox I had to report it to the postal service. I wouldn't recommend to no one to live there. Barabra needs to be remove.

Since living here I’ve met different staff members but Misha the assistant manager at Northside Transit Village 2 deserves special recognition for her outstanding service and dedication she goes above and beyond to ensure that all of my maintenance/ apartment related concerns were addressed promptly and efficiently. Thank you for your professional and exceptional customer service Misha you are greatly appreciated.

Not a great place to live

The old leasing office team will be missed. The new team is extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. And the new manager (Barbara) is the biggest offender. My elderly father had a stroke in June 2023, and I was forced to communicate with this team. They intentionally leave out vital information and do not offer solutions. Because of this, I kept the apartment for ten months until the lease expired (March 2024). The move-out date/lease ending fell on a weekend (3/31/24) when the office was closed. And no one thought it would be essential to inform me that keys need to be turned in to the office three days early/during the week, or they would charge my father (who is still in a skilled nursing facility) one month's rent. It's a shame that this over-55 community leasing office team is attempting to take advantage of a sick, older man.
