Northside Transit Village IV

This place is a nightmare, things breakdown in the apartments all the time.  You have people smoking marijuana in the stairwell.  Homeless people hanging outside the building.  Security is a joke, if they constantly patrol, they would see these things. Trash rooms are filthy, don’t have enough men to clean on the floors, sometimes trash not removed for days.there was a constant problem with the elevators breaking down.  The price is too high for this crummy joint. Don’t move in these  places unless you speak to tenants who will tell you the truth, unfortunately there’s no where else to go because Miami rent is ridiculously.  Nothing affordable about theses silly places, and there are more things going on here even with office. Stay away

These are apartments for retired people, they did not make parking spaces in the building where there are people who are given assistance of all kinds, only 5 parking spaces where there are several apartments and those people have family who visit them, this is abusive and very dangerous when getting out of the cars.
