The worst apartment ever

Stairwells are a death trap rusted, cracking, holes in the surface structure of the floor. Illegal parking of the handicapped parking areas and others. Filthy Lobby / Elevators is not kept the way the cleaning people leave it. Due to NASTY TENANTS  who are to lazy to carry to put their trash in it's proper place ( DUMPSTERS). Tell them we need both elevators working too many people rely on the elevator and we have quite a few handicap tenants/children. You can't carry a baby, stroller up 4 floors day and night. That's ridiculous we have complained numerous times and the rent office and emergency number and they said the maintenance supervisor said he doesn't make enough money to come on weekends. These are brand new elevators this is ridiculous. Please come to oak Grove building B. I believe the other elevators are malfunction as well spaces.   children who rely upon the elevators to be working up to code and elderly residents as well as others have to deal with being told  this is not a top priority (Elevator back in Service. The handicap guy almost fell downstairs .)  JUST  SOME OF THE RESIDENTS WHO WITNESS WHAT HAPPENS HERE ,  NO ONE WANTS TO GET INVOLVED UNTIL ITS TO LATE  OR A LAW FIRM GETS INVOLVED. THEY SAY YOU CANNOT HAVE PETS BUT YET THERE ARE RENTERS WITH DOGS STILL HERE, THE FRONT GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKE, THE CALL BOX HA NOT WORKED IN YEARS. The company collect  a ridiculous amount of money from those residents who pay their rent on time , or actually pay their rent living expenses and conditions here are deplorable. IF YOUR THINKING OF MOVING HERE COME SPEAK TO THOSE WHO LIVE HERE.,  MOST WILL GIVE YOU THE  REAL TEA ABOUT OAK GROVE APARTMENTS.

Absolutely the worse place to live. Somebody needs to get these apartments shut down immediately or somebody needs to be held accountable. The staircases are horrible, the elevators never work, the hallways are filled with trash, pest infestation, and horrible management. It takes forever to get something fixed, because they’re always waiting for “approval”… I wouldn’t wish living here on my worse enemy. Something has to be done about the rent control, because nobody deserves to live in such conditions. Half of these reviews are FAKE!!! I’ve lived here almost seven years & I have absolutely nothing good to say about these apartment’s. The management here doesn’t care about the civilians that stay here, all they care about is stealing people’s money. Shame on you guys.

Horrible place.  Elevator always down,even one year after them fixing it. Management is nonexistent. The wait for maintenance is about 2to 3weeks.

If you’re looking for an appointment please and I say please take your time and look for a good place this one is not it💯 they will stress you out I’m telling you
