Parkview Apartments

It’s a pretty and not a bad building. Considered semi-good apartments. You will always find stuff from minor to major. Such as AC problems, paints, stains on the floor, …..etc Rents are pretty high you could end up paying $2850 or more for 2b2b. They only cover 50$ of electricity. Wifi is good. The parking is free at the roundabout. The neighborhood is not very safe.
I lived in 405 & 803. They were never handed clean. I found hair on the bed & floors.
After I talked with them several times, they waived the cleaning fee ($100). Which is good.
Management needs to be more professional.
Maintenance (Manuel) is a good guy.
I loved the building & the apartment but I always find something.

Amazing brand new building with brand new large furnished apartments. Kitchens come fully stocked with all the cookware you could ever need. Everything is new and clean. Management is fantastic and responsive. Security access is top notch, requiring key fob access to go anywhere and walls are thick so everyone has privacy - no noise issues at all.
Residents mostly seem to be working professionals at the nearby hospital.
This is a short term rental building.
Only cons are no amenities like pool or gym and the location leaves a lot to be desired - Overtown isn't a great/developed neighborhood and nothing is within walking distance - but at least there's a grocery store that's a 5 minute walk as well as the Metrorail nearby.
Also E-scooters are not allowed in the area but at least Revel mopeds are and usually there are a few parked out front.
