Pavilion Apartments by Royal Stays

The apartments are beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The view they have of the beach is spectacular and also towards Collins Avenue and the Bay. They have valet parking, so you don't have to worry about where to park, you arrive, you get off and the guys take care of it. The staff is always in a good mood and ready for anything. The pool is large and has plenty of lounge chairs, it has a gym and access to the beach is direct. An ideal place to rest and relax.

It needs more maintenance, there are very damaged doors and worn paint.

Excellent apartments with all the comforts.

The place is ridiculous they charge $150 to use the elevator if you carry boxes with you . Beware if you rent in a place in this building They have too many rules and try to get more money out of you.

I’m going to file a complain with the Division of Florida Condominiums I had a few boxes to carry the guy at the reception told me to use the big elevator.
They charge me a fee to use the elevator Because I carry a few boxes with me when I used the elevator .
The resident was using  the same elevator same like me and they suddenly approach me like I committed the crime.
Those type of things leave you a bitter taste about this place how they can take advantage and do whenever they want.
