The leasing agents were very on top of the ball and easy to deal with! This was very refreshing relative to most service in South Florida.

I’ve absolutely loved my time living at Pearl Flagler Village. It is a fabulous location, has top-notch amenities, and the leasing and maintenance team respond in a timely manner. Jeana, the leasing agent, always answered every question and helped tremendously. I have no complaints and would recommend this apartment complex.

After living at various apartments throughout Boca, Fort Lauderdale and Miami, I can't say enough about the team at Pearl Flagler Village  – they are exceptionally caring and positive! From day one, the leasing office team has been incredibly attentive to our needs, making the entire living experience enjoyable. Thank you to Jeana, Sireny, Robin and formerly Avery for always being the best leasing office team! The maintenance team addresses and resolves service requests within 24 hours with no follow up issues. The PFV team’s genuine concern for residents truly sets them apart. Kudos to a team that understands the true meaning of excellent customer service! The apartments are modern with nice finishes and the amenities offered are beautiful and well maintained.

This place has 350 units for rent and 26 spots for guest parking. When brought to attention of management my guest was told to park on the street which is very limited due to occupancy by restaurants and local businesses. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND AN EXTRA $600.00 per month in your guest parking tickets for when the visit you.

I had 1 of my 3 motorcycles stolen from here in April when the garage gate was broken in which it is super common for it to break btw… And the security cameras they have leaving the garage are bad quality which I agree as well as officers from FLPD… They charge so much in rent yet can’t buy a good clear security camera leaving the garage… They couldn’t even hire a security guard to watch the garage when it was broken….even FLPD told me it’s crazy they couldn’t hire someone yet THE RISE FLAGLER VILLAGE across the street would hire a security guard when their gate broke when I used to live there. So maybe Pearl should follow THE RISE in that situation. So much for “luxury” and “security.” Also,  management doesn’t care at all. We also payed for an extra parking spot which they assigned to us which turned out to not even be assigned since I kept complaining to management that someone was parking in our spot so we had to park in the guest or street parking. They were charging us for an spot each month that they assigned to us and they made a mistake but nothing could be done about it.

Extremely well-managed. Leasing office members are all hardworking and respond very quickly. Maintenance issues are almost always addressed within a day. Best apartment in Flagler! Would recommend

Amazing place to live. Great location near downtown Fort Lauderdale and incredible management team. I love coming home more than ever.

I have very much enjoyed my time living at Pearl. I was debating moving out because I found a cheaper rent nearby, but after talking with Robin in the leasing office, she was able to get me a better number and I am now staying! The amenities are great, maintenance is always quick to fix any issues, and I have had no problems at all during my time at Pearl!
