Pearl Flagler Village

My partner and I are moving into the Pearl in January and Jeana and the whole staff has been fantastic through this whole process! When we saw the units they were beautiful, and the pool and amenities were so nice!  I can’t wait to call this place my new home ❤️

I had the pleasure of working with Newly Joanus as my leasing agent for The Pearl, and she was absolutely phenomenal. Not only was she incredibly patient throughout the entire process, but she also went above and beyond by waiting an extra 30 minutes after closing to accommodate me. Her professionalism, kindness, and great vibe made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find the perfect place, Newly is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

Love the Pearl, units are modern, gym & pool are great! Apartments are pet friendly & my dog loves the staff! Maintenance is extremely responsive, always have a solution within 24 hours - Sam & Jimmy are great!

I have lived here for over three years and have nothing but great things to say about Pearl. I have never felt unsafe while living there. The leasing office is always so nice and helpful. We are especially grateful for Robin, Gina, and Sireny. If you are looking for a place to live in Fort Lauderdale, look no further. I could go on and on about why Pearl is the best choice.

The Pearl is the best! Not only do I feel incredibly safe and comfortable living here but the staff is incredible. Robin, Gina, and Sireny from the leasing office are always so kind and a pleasure talking to. The maintenance team and security officers are also great. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I have called this place home for almost 2 years now. After touring many places we are very happy to have found the pearl. No apartment complex is perfect, but any time an issue has come up, the team at the Pearl has been on top of it. I was also didn’t love the idea of the package delivery company when we first moved in but once we used it and realized on convenient it was, I was happy they had it! Too many stories about people’s packages being stolen in apartment complexes is. Fetch is a great way to make sure it doesn’t happen. Shout out to the girls in the front office for always being so kind, helpful and loving to our pup!
