The HOA is utterly terrible. They don’t do anything for the community, refuse to solve issues, let alone answer the phone. I called months ago, not to mention multiple times, simply get a new gate card and still haven’t gotten a reply back. It’s absurd that they don’t have more parking for residents (one per housing), and all the guest spots are constantly taken. Majority of the time I’m forced to park on the other side of the neighborhood.

This condominium has been damaged for a year and I want to advise future people who are thinking about renting or buying in this community. When you enter this condominium you travel to the past, old structures, entrance without lights or color, paths since the construction were never washed, single entry system with card, if it is raining you have to get wet to be able to open, If you are renting, I recommend bringing a priest to bless the property because if it is damaged or requires any repair, years go by without it being resolved, all the procedures are through a administrator (blue star) the rudest people that can exist, the property that I had for rent which is shown by the realtor Lila Rodriguez, two weeks after moving in, everything began to fail, the dryer, closed, fell out, all the water faucets in the bathrooms failed as well as the toilets, water inlet through the main door and backyard, 4 air conditioning failures in less than two months, the last one was left without air for 4 days without a possible solution in the middle of summer with temperatures that exceeded 100 degrees inside the property, all of these failures are contacted managed to find a solution, which passed a year and were not repaired, most of them were solved on their own, air conditioning system with more than 15 years, first invoice $340, the realtor is indicated, said problem indicates that this air was working and could not be replaced, if you have already rented, I recommend that you record a video with all the property's failures at the end of the contract, in one way or another, they will try to deduct as much of your rent as possible. deposit any excuse is perfect on the part of this administration in my case they deducted an air filter by $50 (it must be brought from Germany) door repairs which I was never told what type of repair they carried out in conclusion if you can avoid renting or buying in this condominium don't do it

No Security services,  gates are broken most of the time. The complex looks old. Pool area depressing.

Great community and location... awesome shops around neighborhood... excited to live in this complex and community

A condominium with comfortable, bright houses, many of them surrounded by lakes where we find ducks and other birds, beautiful vegetation, reserved parking per house and free for additional cars or visitors. Access control, gardening, swimming pool.... a nice place to live
