Royal Palm Apartments

There is no area for any child to actually play safely, unless you consider a BQQ pit filled of dirt a reasonable area . Cars pull into the parking lot doing almost 45 mph. The Property manager refuses to fix any of damages inside and outside the property.  The complexe at night has Nemours illegal activities, such as drug deals, people looking in to your windows, I even witness some having intercourse in the laundry room. For having so many cameras seem to me they royal palm does not care about the safety of the their tenants. I have had packages stolen , when asked to view the cameras I was told " those are down so there nothing he could do to help ".
Roaches all over building coming from the outlets like there breeding inside the walls ..
Will not fix any damages but will harass you even if you are a day or two late on rent. .
The royal palm more worried about money, then their actually tenant's

Lived here for over 10 years. It is HORRIBLE. FULL of roaches any thing you need fixed is usually half fixed. Wouldn't recommend NO ONE moving here.

Lots of illegal activities happening in this building and the Management office encourages it all. I will not recommend my worst enemy to reside here. BE AWARE! Management will also steal from your unit.

My friend lives there, love it. People nice and friendly.  I would love to live there
