Welcome to Lauderdale By The Sea's New Five Star Direct Oceanfront Vacation Resort! Newly constructed and completed in 2011, Seaward offers everything one could ask for while on a luxury vacation. Seaward is a boutique oceanfront building consisting of only four (4) first class (and spacious) luxury vacation rental units. Did we mention Seaward is direct oceanfront? Yes, the ocean views are breathtaking, not to mention endless. There is also a spectacular oceanfront heated pool (the views are breathtaking) with direct access to the beach.

An amazing spot in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. Have come here quite a few times. Perfect for families with young kids - great pool, private beachy area for them to play. So close to the main drag yet far enough away that it's quiet at night. Highly recommend.

We love staying here!! The condos are clean and spacious for our family of 4! It’s so clean and right on the beach !! Super cute!! Can’t beat the location, right on the beach and a short walk to restaurants and shops . The owners are so friendly and accommodating as well!

Shelby McClure: Great place to stay for a beach vacation!! This area is super secluded if that’s what you’re looking for! You have your own private little beach area and pool! Bars, restaurants, ice cream, car rentals, grocery store and local shops are super close making everything a breeze! The restaurants have the best food- they will not disappoint. You are also 5–10 min away from the Galleria Mall. The apartment was clean and apartment A has a beautiful ocean view! Highly recommend! Book early though (many months in advance) to get the apartment you desire because it does fill up quickly!

This place is my favorite place to stay in the South Florida area! So convenient and beautiful condo and setting!! The management team is super responsive and work hard to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!!

An amazing place it’s a private gem right on the ocean. The villas are all beautiful and so private walking distance to great restaurants. You can travel alone or with friends and family a perfect destination for all.

We had the most remarkable family vacation at the Seward Villas. We found Lauderdale By The Sea an epicurean adventure. There really is something for everyone. When we were not enjoying the private beach and pool we felt at home in the well equipped villa. There really was nothing to ask for. We made lifelong memories at the Seaward and look forward to returning soon! The most Magnificat sunrises and sunsets!
