Lots of construction so dusty out but clean inside. Nice location next to a wondeful beach. Not cheap but not Aventura expensive either.

Senior Condo Comandos who have nothing better to do than to watch resident's all day and condemn them of violations.
Ridiculous condo regulations.
Rodent infestation in piping that left the lower lobbies by fitness room smelling foul for almost 6 to 7 months.
Beautiful location Senior Condo commandos make it a negative living environment.
