This condominium is rubbish, I have been living there for 8 years and now it is like this because if the administration feels like taking away the permanent parking spaces from the tenants, parking spaces that were paid for when entering the condominium, here the rights of the tenant are not respected without taking into account other irregularities. what's there It is inadmissible that these people do what they want in here and this is going to cause problems and many among the tenants have already committed offenses and even vandalized a car that had its hand torn from the door and all this is happening thanks to poor organization and poor work by the administration. And this does not end and now that they threaten as always to throw out people who do not agree, that is normal there.

I can't believe how bad this condo is. How is it possible that because they are painting the buildings, now one loses the parking they pay for? They cannot allow those who paid to be left without parking because of a few selfish people. Don't they know what private property is? It seems to me that they are too old for that grace.

This condo is possibly the worst in the entire area. The water in the shower is always either too cold or too hot. The floor is all cracked. The walls with humidity. You can hear everything through the walls. The manager is always treating the tenants with a bad face. Two words, it doesn't work.

The apartments are currently being painted and everything looks very nice. Quiet, clean place to live with ample parking space for residents and visitors. Glad everything is being cleaned and taken care of, except the office manager, Libertad, she should be replaced too... probably the most rude person I've ever met, not sure why she is working a job where she is supposed to assist people when in reality she treats you poorly every time you ask her a simple question. Once they find her replacement this place can have 5 stars :).

South Pointe Apartment a good place to live. Prices are fair for working families. It is very quiet and clean.  Its administration is doing an excellent job both in the administrative part and in the maintenance of the units. They keep the grass cut. The units fumigate them to avoid pests. The condominium lighting at night is the best, making one feel safe. The manager is very professional, knows her job very well, as does the maintenance staff. We have a condominium that breathes peace and makes you want to continue living in it. Congratulations, keep working like this👍💪.

My experience in the south point apartments has been very good, the office staff is very friendly, Ariel, the maintenance man, is always attentive when someone approaches him, I recommend those apartments.

A very quiet place, the grass is always very well cut, the neighborhood is very good, I have no complaints about the manager, thanks to her we have a very quiet condominium and the maintenance team has excellent staff.
