All these people writing good reviews are working for this company. This place is really a scammed and should be closed . They work with vest property management and this people just dedicate themselves to steal money from you if you live here at all cost . They will fine you on a weekly basis if not more frequent even for one day letting your trash bin past 6 pm even you were working and not at home . I was being  charged monthly automatic payments that specify it was for maintenance and then after 3 years of living here they suddenly send me a letter saying I never had made any payments to them and that I owned them a ridiculous amount of money stating the amount I was paying was for the clubhouse and not for the maintenance of the condominium . I’m not the only one they had done this too . I never write reviews but I had to this time . I don’t want anyone else to go through what I’m going through. This is outrageous .Stay away from this pace ,trust me.
