A very nice and clean apartment complex. Quiet and comfortable place to live. Leasing staff was courteous and gave info when needed.

I tell you that my family has been in the facilities for around 10 years. Before, the administration and service was very good, a few years ago until today it is chaos, especially with the use of the gym, the common room facilities are not possible. IF YOU USE TECHNOLOGY (INTERNET) to work, DON'T EVEN THINK OF LIVING HERE, IT'S NO WORK, you heard IT'S NO WORK, I've been dealing with the issue for almost 3 years. The building DOES NOT HAVE FIBER OPTICS, it is an obsolete service where the capacity it gives you is 18 internet speed 🙄🙄😡the building is not ready with modern internet facilities, it does not have fiber optics. When you call AT&T with whom the building has a contract they tell you that and therefore nothing can be done until the building makes the adjustments and changes. When I go to the office they tell me that they already fixed it and it is a lie, I say if I take AT&T's word that they say the service is not available in that area. Who to believe ? They have a fixed contract and even if you want to change it there is no way to receive it. Not even WhatsApp works, I have bought satellite internet for $700 dollars plus 120 for the monthly rent due to my desperation for my job and due to the poor facilities, I had no results. You will say move, I lost more than 20,000 dollars to support myself by not being able to work like that. They give me a phone number to complain and no one answers. It's a mockery. And what can we say about the administration headed by Sobeida 😣☹️another topic. IT'S CRAZY AND I DON'T KNOW WHO TO TURN TO WHO CARES!

Very Good The condominium and the apartments are in very good condition. I recommend them.

What kind of manager do Sunrise Commons have managing their building  complex? .When their own manager by the name of Zobeida is breaking all the property guidelines her self.  She is very unprofessional , rude and uses profanity language  to the tenants  ,specially to the elderly people that are renting in that property.

I have tried over a year to try to get a respond from Sunrise Commons but I have yet to get a reply or speak with a human.
