Incredible building - My friend lives here and it’s spectacular. Love the pool area, Amenities, gym, pickleball court and of course the game room!

Lived here for 3 years and it was a good experience. The apartment itself was pretty nice and comfy. The pool area was amazing

There are water shut offs every month during weekdays. This place will drive you crazy with all the rules that you have to abide by in regards to moving furniture in, reserving an elevator (only on weekdays with a $750 deposit), receiving furniture deliveries (only 9am-4pm on weekdays with corresponding elevator reservation), certificates of Insurances for delivery companies (good luck if you don't have one), etc etc. Gym equipment is deteriorating with severe rust & squeaks. Pool/jacuzzi closes at sunset. 1 bedroom apartments only have 1 assigned parking spot so finding a second spot can be challenging since the parking garage only has assigned parking and no additional spots. Quiet & relatively secure building even though some crimes have occurred here.
Update 10/15/22:
Hallways have A/C now and the jacuzzi has been repaired. Additionally, security is very serious about towing cars parked in the garage if the car does not have a valid parking decal.
Update 6/14/23: One of the main elevators hasn't been working correctly for the past two weeks.
Update 9/25/23: hallways don't have a/c
