Terra Lake Villas Condominium

Excellent!!!

Been living here for 2 years and nobody is allowed in the pool. Every time I try and get some answers they say... One month... One month. I moved here and I can't even enjoy the pool that I pay for. Cleaning guys come every two weeks,... For what, I don't know.

I received a notification of a suppose violation in my garden about a tree that is covering my window.it was a really surprise  for me because with the letter I received a photo of the tree and it wasn’t my house neither a tree because I have the same garden since 2015 and I don’t had planted any new plant or tree since then..I think that the association need to pay more attention when they send notification letter with photos related with a violation.Make sure that it is the right number of the apartment.

This is an amazing place to live. Clean, well maintained and well run Condominiums

I like it there. Some rules are rigid but otherwise people will do everything they want. It would be a mess. Some people are trashing furniture and stuff outside the community. This is not good. We must work to have a clean living place.
